Born in Dundalk, Maryland, March 16, 1933. Attended Dundalk High School, Baltimore, Maryland. Served in U.S. Navy, 1952-56. Attended Dundalk Community College, 1972-73; Essex Community College, 1974. Retired owner and operator, Minnick's Restaurant and Catering Business, Inc. Member, Democratic State Central Committee, Baltimore County, 1986. Member, Baltimore County Licensed Beverage Association (president, 1975-76); Restaurant Association of Maryland (board of directors, 1990-92). Member, Dundalk Memorial Post no. 6694, Veterans of Foreign Wars; Dundalk Post no. 38, American Legion; Knights of Columbus. Member, Our Lady of Hope Roman Catholic Church, Dundalk, Maryland. Married; three children; six grandchildren. Died in Timonium, Maryland, October 12, 2015.
