In January 2018, the Workplace Harassment Commission was created by the Senate President and House Speaker.

The Commission reviewed State workplace harassment policies in all three branches of State government. Further, the Commission sought comment from business leaders and policy experts, and held public hearings.

To the Legislative Policy Committee, the Commission made its recommendations on November 15, 2018.
