LEAD PAINT POISONING COMMISSION
Authorization for Lead Paint Poisoning Commission ended June 30, 1994 (Chapter 406, Acts of 1992). In 1994, Lead Poisoning Prevention Commission was formed within Department of the Environment (Chapter 114, Acts of 1994).

Authorization ended Sept. 30, 2021.

MARYLAND HIGHER EDUCATION LOAN CORP.
On July 1, 1995, United Student Aid Funds - a private, nonprofit guaranty agency that previously had administered Federal Family Education Loan Programs - was designated by U.S. Department of Education to continue to fulfill Corporation's function. This met requirement for Corporation to dissolve before June 30, 1996 (Chapter 109, Acts of 1994).
