ADDICTION TREATMENT SERVICES BUREAU
Under Health Department, renamed Promotion, Wellnes, and Recovery, July 1, 2012.

ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
Adminstrative Services directed four offices: Human Resources, Public Safety, Recreation and Parks, and Technology Services. In addition, Administrative Services served as liaison to Cable Regulatory Commission.

Disbanded as a separate department in 2011, but remained a budget heading until April 2015, when offices underneath it became separate departments. Functions transferred to County Administrator.

COMMUNITY HEALTH PROMOTION BUREAU
Under Health Department, abolished in May 2016; while Community Health Promotion Program transferred to Environmental Health Bureau in May 2016.

CORE SERVICE AGENCY
Under Health Department, merged with Addiction Treatment Services Bureau.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE DIVISION
Under Health Department, renamed Public Health Emergency Preparedness, July 1, 2012.

HEALTH EDUCATION & PROMOTION
Under Health Department, merged with Community Health Promotion Bureau, July 1, 2012.

HEALTH PLANNING & COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT
Under Health Department, renamed Community Health Promotion Bureau, July 1, 2012.

NUTRITION SERVICES
Under Health Department, merged with Community Health Promotion Bureau, July 1, 2012.

OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS
To ensure efficient and responsible expenditure of County funds, the Office of Management Analysis conducted performance evaluations of County agencies, as well as other public and private agencies and organizations that receive County funds. The Office then presented its findings and recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners.

Under Administrative Services, not funded effective July 1, 2012.
