Question A:
COUNTY COUNCIL VACANCIES
The purpose of the Charter Amendment is to change the method of filling vacancies of members of the County Council from the current method of appointment to fill the vacancy by the remaining Council members to filling the vacancy by conducting a special election to fill the vacancy of the County Council.
